Hi Tasha

Not sure from your post if you are currently on a routine or not, so here is the link to starting EASY https://babywhispererforums.com/index.php?topic=62100.0

Here is also a link to sample routines for the 3 - 6 month age group https://babywhispererforums.com/index.php?topic=10385.0

hiya thanks for the reply, well we are on a routine but im not sure on how to change it as its gonna be different when starting solids, baslically our routine is

8am - awake and bottle
9 30am - 10 30am sleep
12 pm- bottle
1 30pm - 3 30pm - sleep (sometimes i have to wake her)
4 pm - bottle (in between these times she may have half hour nap if shes tired)
6 30pm - bath time
7 30pm- bottle
8 00pm - bed

she did have a dream feed at half 11pm but since sunday she has decided she doesnt want it and shes waking at 4 am for a feed so hopefully she will start sleeping all night soon but 8-4 is really good.

What 'meal' are you planning on introducing first?   Usually this would be done 1hr after a milk feed.
