DD hasn't nursed since the 4th of July, a day shy of the 22 month mark. Though it wasn't truly a self-wean, and I encouraged it, I think in the end it was mutual. My supply suddenly dropped to a trickle at the 10 week mark of this pregnancy, making nursing very frustrating for both of us. DD's nursing sessions became very short and not very comforting for either of us, so I started to encourage weaning. It's definitely bittersweet (losing that last vestige of her babyhood), but I think it's best for us, and actually went fairly smoothly with only a few tears for both of us. Now my boobs have six months to gear up for the grand reopening!
