when to drop to 5 feeds
« on: July 21, 2006, 20:33:37 pm »
Hi!  I was wondering when I should drop from 6 bf to 5 bf?  My dd did this over the weekend and I loved it!  By Mon. she was back to 6x's a day.  She is 11 1/2 weeks.  I can't wait for her to drop to 5 it makes my day so much easier.
She does not have a set schedule, but this is roughly the times she feeds- 7, 10ish, 1ish, 4,ish, 7ish, and most of the time she is asleep, so the df is at 10:30ish.  We do nnot  have anything set yet.  It is hard because it is summer, we are not livving at home due to reconstruction, so to go to our neighborhood it a 25 min. drive one way.  There is a lot of family members/friends at my FIL house all the time, and I have an active 3 yr. old (we are constantly on the run because it is too quiet during the day where we are staying.  We need to see people.  When we move back in end of Aug.  I will start EASY.  Is this too late?
