I have seen there are a few threads already about this but my specific question for you all is choosing one of Annabel Karmel's books. I am tossing up between Superfoods for Babies and Children, and the New Complete Baby and Toddler Meal Planner...
Both seem really similar, so could anyone who has either book tell me the difference or which they might recommend? Or is there even another of hers that is better?
I'm looking for something to take us from weaning to 'adult' food...
