ooooh i used to make a recipe for DS1 from Annabel Karmel's New Complete Baby and Toddler Meal planner - i can't lay my hand on my copy at the minute, it's not in the cookery book cupboard, but i think it was red lentils carrot and apple. DS used to adore it and he still loves lentils and other pulses now. The apple makes it that little bit sweeter :)

I just made dd spinach, lentils and pasta last night. I steamed the spinach and used the processor for all 3 items, I used a very tiny pasta in the shape of stars (I think it's usually used for soup), processed until there were tiny lumps of the pasta as I'm trying to get dd used to texture. She had 2 cubes of it for lunch today and loved it.
