Can you make some suggestions on getting my Zoe to nap or fall asleep without having her sucking on my breast and rocking her which has become a bad habit. She was doing well and has completely switched things up and I feel like we are in chaos - she is not sleeping well and we sometimes resort to putting her in the stroller in the apt. thanks
