short naps please help
« on: August 28, 2006, 18:44:00 pm »
My LO after sleeping well for 14 weeks, at 15 weeks her naps have reduced down to 45 mins, she is also taking 1hr to send to sleep for naps & nightime.  I am going to try her on the 4hr EASY as she has been on the 3hr but bearing in mind by 08:00 in the morning she is yawning and looking sleepy!  I think I must be reading the signs wrong, and I thought I knew my daughter!  Not sure if she would be able to cope with a longer activity time, not sure what to do, all very confusing!

Thanks for this:  I kept her awake half an hour longer this morning and it only took her 15mins to go down and she also slept for 1.5hrs, maybe this was a one of, but it makes me feel a bit postive about things.
