Weetabix is fine.  Have you tried porridge?  What about toast and fruit?

DS has weetabix every morning  - he never gets bored of them as we mix a few spoonfulls of pureed fruit in it.

He has a different flavour fruit every couple of days, so the flavour is different.

We have also tried Redybrek, and sometimes have even give yogurt with fruit for breakfast.

I personally would be making cereal with normal cows milk or whatever milk you use ( soya?) at this stage. For us it's recommended in cereal and mixed with food from 6 months onwards and to drink from I believe 1 year on. DD started drinking it at 6.5 months as she refused formula. Check with your paediatrician to make sure.
