I have an 11 week old son who has been on EASY since he was 4 weeks. We've had issues with napping since forever, but I think we've finally worked those out (crossing my fingers). That said, we're still just doing an overall routine in 2-3 hour cycles depending on how long his activity and nap times are. I can't post a "typical" day, because it varies every day. Even wake up time varies between 5:30 and 7:00.
Activity times are usually 45mins to an hour and naps are 1-1.5 hrs in the am and get longer in the evening. The last nap around 5 just merges into night sleep. We have to wake him up to feed him and change is diaper in the evenings. There isn't a real nightime ritual because he just wants to go back to sleep!
Night sleep isn't usually bad. A df around 10:30 and he sleeps until a 2:30-3:30 am feeding. Then back up anytime between 5:30 and more usually 6:30.
I'm wondering if I just roll with that? We're getting to the "magical" 3 month mark that everyone talks about, and I question if a "real schedule" will fall in place on it's own or if I need to be doing something to encourage more standard times.
I know I'll laugh that I ever worried about this in another 6 months!
