middle of night feed affecting first feed
« on: November 15, 2006, 21:15:58 pm »
Hi,
My 4 mo is on 4 hr EASY and wakes up for a feed in the night even with a df.  He wakes up in the am at 6/6:30, so if he has his middle of the night feed past 2 am, like at 3 or 4.  He is not hungry to eat when he gets up.  Is it okay to then feed him an hour later i.e. 7:30 am?

You could try feeding him a little later and see if that helps.

Have you thought about offering a smaller feed in the middle of the night just to try and tied him over - or even to water the middle of the night feed down a bit.
