can Bfing be a habit?
« on: December 10, 2006, 20:36:08 pm »
is it possible for your child to be habitually hungray every 2.5 hours or is that not possible.  Are they just hungry when they are hungry?  or could the timeing become a habit?

I would say that they are hungry when they are hungry.  If they tend to get fed around the same times every day, I suppose that their body might come to expect food at those times.  I see that your baby is just 3 months, and I think they have some kind of growth spurt around then.  He may genuinely need to feed more often!

I wondered the same thing too! :)  DS#1 seems to eat during the day every two and 1/2 hours no matter what he is doing.  I guess he is just hungry.
