DS had an evaluation at the WIC office, today. While we were there, we had to meet with the nutritionist. Got a handout that lists recommended amounts of each food group, for ages 8-12 mos. (According to the US govt.) Thought it might be helpful for someone. No scanner, so I'll just copy it...

offer in child-size cup
1-2oz, twice a day
Vegetables
+ cooked, mashed vegetables

+ peeled, soft, fresh fruits, or fruits canned in water or juice, such as bananas, pears & peaches
