What happened to my 7 month old's good naps?????

Okay, I am about to pull my hair out.  My 7 month old DD has been doing GREAT for naps since she was 4 months old.  Now suddenly they are horrid again...not even waking up at the standard 35 minutes in the old days, but even after 20 minutes.  Her awake time is about 2hours 45 minutes in the morning, and 3 hours in the afternoon.  She has been on a schedule like this for the last 2 1/2 months.  When her naps started getting bad again (last week) I thought she might need more A time, but that has not done anything at all...help....!!!

Here's what our schedule USED to look like...and what it looks like on a good day.  What I always aim for.

6:20 Wake up and breast feed
8:30 Cereal/fruit
9-11 Nap
11:00 eat (breastfeed)
2:00-3:30  Nap
4:00 Eat (Breastfeed)
5:30 Veggies/fruit
6:45 Bath
7:20 Eat breastfeed
7:30 Sleeping

She was sleeping through the night, but not anymore.  How does this schedule look for a 7 month old?

I am definitely no expert as we have been struggling with short naps with my lo, but 3:30-7:30 seems like a very long A time at the end of the day for a 7 month old.  Could your lo be overtired?

You know, she seems to do okay awake that long in the evening.  Occasionally she'll have a little catnap, but that's pretty much just hit or miss.  She goes down to sleep fairly easy.  It's mostly the naps that are killing us these days.  I think she's just so overtired at the end of the day from lack of sleep in the day, that she doesn't sleep well at night.

However, last night she slept from 7:45-6:15 with no wake ups!  But naps today have been HORRID!  20 minutes here, 25 minutes there...not sure what to do...

Any changes happen since this has started? Just to confirm your LO has been on the above routine for 2months with no night waking or problems? I have to agree with pp 4hrs awake time before bedtime is very long for a 7month old.
