Longer activity time before bed?
« on: January 25, 2007, 01:11:06 am »
From looking at many EASY schedules on the board, it seems that once they are having 2 naps that the A time between last nap and bedtime can extend to 4 hours or so even though their A time during the day is around 3 hours.

Any ideas?

That was the case with Isabella. She was 9 months when she dropped her catnap, so she had a nap at 9am, 12.30pm and the rest of the day off. She would be awake from 2pm till 6.30pm. Some try to space out the 2 nap so that A time is more or less the same throughout the day but she wouldn't fall asleep for her afternoon nap when I tried to extend it till even 1pm.... so I left it at 9 & 12.30pm
