I am not sure if this should go here or in sleeping for toddles. Please move it if it should be elsewhere.
My son is 11 months old. He has been on the same schedule for the past couple of months.
6-7am Wake up
7am Solids
8am Bottle
9:30am 45min to 1 hour Nap
12pm Solids
1pm Bottle
2:30pm 1.5 to 3 hour Nap
5pm Solids
7pm Bottle
7:30pm Bed
For about the past month or so he had been waking up at about 3 or 4am and chatting for about an hour and then going back to sleep. Then he would wake up sometime around 6am and I would leave him in his crib until 7am. Most of the time he would chat or play, sometimes he would fall back asleep. However about a week ago the night wakings seemed to stop and he also began sleeping in until 7am. This meant that he pushed back his naps about a half hour. He also began sleeping longer at his naps. For both his morning and afternoon naps I have been waking him up about 15 minutes before the next meal. I am not sure if it is a growth spurt or what. My question is...should I keep the same schedule and continue to wake him OR should I move his schedule back an hour or so and let him sleep until he wakes?
Thanks!
Kimberly
