Title or Text under member name

I notice that some people have a tile or text under their member name.  At first I thought it was only if you were a mod but now I see all sorts of stuff there.  How did you guys do that?

Go under your Profile to Forum Profile Information.  There is a box labeled Custom Title.  What you write in there will show up below your name.

I wanted to have something original. Or funny. Everything I picked was either cheesy, stupid or not funny. So I picked a German one. t would loosely translate to "Proud Mamabaer"
