Now I am thinking this, This 4pm sleep should be catnap only like 30 minutes, no need to sleep til next feed. She could have more awake time, so if you want to go for walk , go, let her sleep this tiny nap in stroller. Then come home.
Give her bath about 5.30 or 6 and then feed 6 or 6.30 and then bed by 7
