I can't log onto the debate forum...

I can't remember my password and would like to change it, but when I go through the steps to create a new password (I get the email and then click on the link in the email), there is no place to actually change your password.  It just has the same screen that tells you to request an email providing a link if you forgot your password.

Am I missing something here?  I tried about 6 times... 

please help me!  I really want to join a certain discussion!!!!
