no more PMs in email

recently, i've started getting email notifications of PMs without the PM message in the email.  what i mean is, in the email, i would be notified that so-and-so sent me a PM, and then the text of that PM, and then the link that i could click to directly respond to that PM.  the text of the email is what's missing now.

figured it was just a new thing, except that i just got a PM in the debate forum, and the text of the PM was in that email notification.   :-\

I've gone through both forums and I can't find any reason for the change, which would suggest it's a php code issue, which I'm unable to fix, and I don't think Andy has the time for it just now.  Sorry :)

Its not of dire importance lol.. just a little niggle.. that seems to affect GMs more than others lol..
