"Show new replies to your posts" isn't working

I get the same 4 topics here and when I choose show all new posts since last visit.  Also, it won't let me delete read topics.

Try deleting the cookies and temp. internet files on your computer, close your browser, re-open it, and then let us know if the problem persists :)
