My 5-month old has just started teething; anyone have any favourite remedies or distractions that worked for them? Any info. re how long teething pain lasts (although I know that this differs widely from baby to baby) would also be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Qaytbey
I think you've posted in the wrong thread. I'm sure a mod will move it for you.
There are some great herbal remedies on the market now, you can get at the chemist. I also found that raw carrot sticks from the freezer worked great too.

I'll have a look at the herbal remedies, but she's a bit young for carrot sticks, just 5 months old!
