Idieally, that would be TH, since I'm rasing my 2nd DD based on Tracy's books. Unfortunately, this is not possible and I'm looking for someone with similar experience and expertize to give a speech to YPO members sometime in 2009-2010. Can you think of anyone who's capable of doing that?
