Mine have heaps of other things & I don't go by much measuring so it is "approx"
500gr (1 lb ) meat
approx 1/2 cup of puree veg (what ever I have that needs using up or cooked frozen peas corn & carrot) all blended so that my children can't see the veg
1 medium onion also pureed or finely diced
approx 1/2cup of  soft breadcrumbs
1 egg
mix together & roll in a flour/dried breadcrumbs (50/50)

Funny, i am cooking them right now! ;D
My recipe is Spanish:
1 kg of mince meat
1 egg
1 bit of garlic
fresh parsley
flour to make the balls.

Sometimes i frieze then after frying them.

You can make a sauce for them:
Fry onion and then put blended carrot and tomato(1/2 can).
Put water, salt, pepper and a glass of red wine.
Blend it all well, put the meetballs in with a bay leaf and let it cook for 20 mins.
(The alcohol will cook away)
So good!!! :)
