meat

How do you all feel about meats in a one year old's diet?  I have been giving her everything- from chicken to salmon to steak to hamburger to eggs- she loves it all and eats it all.  But now I'm second guessing myself.  Is it ok for her to have such a strong protein?  Are there any limits?

DS is 13mo and he has been eating meat since about 9mo - he loves chicken and beef stews but sausages are his absolute favourites.  He eats plenty of fruit and veg and dairy so I don't think it's too bad as long as he doesn't get too much too often.
