10mths bedtime problem
« on: June 04, 2007, 02:00:22 am »
For the last month (and a halfish) we have had no problems with naps or bedtime. She slept throught the night and its been all hunky dory.  She still sleeps through the night but she is fighting bedtime (to the tune of at least an hour) before falling asleep.

I imagine she needs more A time but not sure where to plug it in.  She goes down for naps beautifully. Her day goes like this:

6/630 wake up breakfast
8am - bottle
9-10am nap
12pm - lunch
1pm - bottle
130-3pm - nap
5pm - supper
6:30 - bathtime, massage, jammies, bottle
7pm - sleeping by 7pm.

Any idea where to stick that in?

She isn't teething. She had 8 teeth pop through and there are no signs of anything else coming.

hi :)

hm, try maybe extra 15 minutes first- it worked for us at around the same age.
and if it doesn't work... try earlier bedtime. might work too. those babies are tricky creatures ;)

your routine looks good.
