Notifications are missing???

Good Evening. 

I have not been getting notified of any posts on the site.  I started checking some and it seems as though all of my notifications (each post I have check to be notified of) has been unchecked.   Not sure how this happened, but I was getting email notifications yesterday but none today.  Is there a way to fix this or am I going to have to go back through ever post/thread and re-check them all?

Not sure what's happened exactly.  I know Andy was on yesterday, and the sites running faster, so if he's done some work to the site then there may have been some errors caused as a result of the work.  I'm afraid that it looks as though you're going to need to re-subscribe to each topic manually.
