Wow, these are all amazing ideas, ladies, thank you.

I'll be going through them and trying them out
Caroline :)

I should try the Muesli myself - DD is a decent eater for other meals but really doesn't want breakfast most days! If I buy store bought just mix with yogurt?

Yup store bought is grand - I make mine because it is really expensive here and like I said DD is very fussy and I don't put all the nuts or coconut or the crazy processed stuff or high fructose corn syrup.  Long story but I find DD's behavior is really effected by what she eats namely processed, dyed foods - so most stuff is home made around here.

There are tonnes of recipes online for granola but it is really pretty easy to adapt them to your tastes.

I am going to try a hard boiled egg in the am. Asher doesn't seem to like eggs very much. I can get him to eat it like a breakfast taco (Mexican).

Other than pancakes (good idea to freeze them!), french toast, oatmeal, cream of wheat, yogurt, dry cereal the only thing I can add is my breakfast tacos...

Heat skillet to medium heat.
place sausage patties or bacon in pan to cook. The oil from the meat will coat your pan.
Cut a potato into small pieces
Cut onion into small pieces
When meat is only beginning to cook add potato and onion
Let all cook covered (the steam will help cook potatoes)
When meat is finished cut into bite size pieces and put back into skillet
Add scrambled egg (I scramble mine with a little milk and butter)
when egg is almost finished cooking add graded cheese
and finally add salsa

Serve in a tortilla as a taco or alone.
The best part is, any ingredient can be left out and more can be added that you like. Especially if you don't have an ingredient.  Just remember if you don't use a meat you will have to oil your skillet. These are so fast and easy to make when you get the hang of it, I PROMISE!
Asher and DH love breakfast taco morning!

For those not used to Mexican food, you can order them any way you like them. Sausage/egg, bacon/egg/cheese, potato/egg....any combination you like. - I was just telling you how to cook it with a lot of ingredients so you have an idea of how to do it.
