My DD turns 1 on July 11th and I am interested in making her an organic birthday cake.  Everything she eats/drinks is organic, so I would like to try to follow that "rule."  Does anyone have any MOIST cake recipes?  I am all about the moist cakes!  Thanks!

make a chocolate cake. I don't have the recipe myself as we don't do Organic, however I know you can make a chocolate cake from scratch with all organic ingreadients. Check online for a good recipe

If you live in Canada, Loblaws/Superstore has a great organic baking section.  They offer instant mixes and ingredients if you want to make it from scratch. They also have a recipe section.

Nope, not in Canada, but the States.  I know that in certain stores here they have organic mixes, but I was hoping to find a recipe that was "guaranteed" moist, instead of buying each kind and making each one to see which one was the best.

Anyway, thanks for the idea.
