My lactation consultant said the average daily intake is 2.5 oz per pound.  So my lo is also in 25th percentile, she was 14 lbs 13 oz at last checkup, should be 15 lbs now.  We bf except for one top-up formula bottle at bedtime, but I would assume from that math she is taking around 37 ounces.

She still feeds pretty much as I outlined above: 1st cycle 4 hours, 2nd cycle 3.5 then cluster feed at bedtime and one night feed.  i.e.,  6am, 10am, 1:30pm, 4, 5:45pm and then around 2am.  Of course, now that we are working in the 2 solid feeds it does get to be a bit much.

If we are going out we go after 1st nap or if it's just a quick run to the store, we go after lunchtime.  She also does not nap well in the stroller, but sometimes will drop off if I walk a LOOOOOOOONG time.  She is a short napper, and now she's dropping that catnap she's getting pretty OT, today she did a 45 min am nap and a 30 minute pm nap.  I did "cheat" a catnap in there by extending her 4pm feed and letting her drop off during it  (BAD BW, very BAD).  But she was just so exhausted, I didn't think we'd make it to bedtime otherwise.

I don't get out a whole lot, we don't do regular playgroups or anything - just have friends over for coffee sometimes or walk out and meet them in the park across the street.  When we go to church on Sunday or if we have an outing across town I just know she's going to have at least one nap messed up and try to compensate the day before & after.
