Thanks Stacy!  ;D

I must admit, today was a good day.  He's really got the hang of walking over the last week and is doing it all the time - just walking back and forth from one side of the room to the other - I think he doesn't know how to stop!  ;D I'm sure that's the reason for an upturn in his solids at the moment.
I'm going to start to reduce his afternoon bottle this week (hopefully phasing it out by the end of the week) so that should keep his formula intake below 16oz in just a morning one and bedtime one.

Also, what I have been doing is diluting the formula bottles quite a bit...the one Weston gets at night is 80% water really...because he uses the bottle more as a prop during the night then for nutrition, but he doesn't like straight water (rarely will drink straight water no matter what I put it in, straw cup, sippy cup, regular cup, bottle, etc) He will drink it from a water bottle with a sport cap...so when I have those, I take advantage of it. ;)

My child hardly eats at all, yet look at that bootie cheese! He's certainly not starving! LOL (he gets that from his father's side...I'm sure of it! LOL) ;)

Miche - I don't worry about bottles.  DS is almost 15 months and still has one in the morning, before his PM nap and before bed.  He has about 6 oz in each bottle.  We have been trying to switch him over to milk in a sippy (attempt almost everyday) but he still isn't into it although he has taken water from a sippy since 6 months and we FINALLY got him to take juice from one yesterday.  He eats well and is maintaining his place on the growth charts for his weight so I'm not concerned at all about the milk he drinks.  We'll eventually start to wean down off of the afternoon one but it settles him nicely for his nap right now so I figure, if it ain't broke, don't fix it!  It's not like he's going to be going to kindergarten with a bottle hanging from his mouth!

Today:  His second molar is about to cut so he was pretty fussy with eating until dinner...
Breakfast - almost a whole ww eggo waffle with cream cheese and jam, a few orange wedges
Lunch - almost a quarter of a quesidilla with cheese and chicken, a few bites of carrots (he seems to hate them these days!), 1/2 a yogurt and a strawberry
Snack - a few bites of fruit and the other 1/2 of his yogurt
Dinner - one good sized slice of turkey loaf (meatloaf made with turkey and lots of mushrooms), large serving of green and yellow beans (picked out the carrots and threw them on the floor, lol) - tried the tortellini and spit it out, a WHOLE banana :o and about 1/4 of a 1/2 OJ 1/2 water homemade popsicle

Yesterday was Zara's party so forgive the junk food, but she ate:

2 weetbix with milk and honey
1/2 banana (refused the strawberries completely and plum too)
some cheese (which she picked off her multigrain vegemite and cheese s/which ::))
1 yoghurt
1/2 banana
about 1 doz (at least :o) salt and vinegar potato chips!! (thought the taste would be too much, she LOVED them), a lollipop, some sausage, maybe 1/2 - 3/4, and some chocolate birthday cake (which she mostly squished and threw, probably only ate 2 mouthfuls)
200ml formula

Anyone find their kid eats more with dad ?

Weston ALWAYS eats more with dad...and I'm not sure if it's because dad feeds more 'fun food' (crackers, etc) or if dad's perception of what he eats is different then mine, or if Weston really does eat more with dad??? But whenever they have the day together, it sure sounds like he's had a lot to eat compared to what he eats when I'm with him. Maybe mom's worry more about their child's intake? Maybe our kids have our number and are playing us for the fool. ;) LOL

Lunch - 2/15ths of toasted cheese sandwhich + 1 yoghurt

Dinner - 4 large icecubes of Beef and Red wine casserole, with rice and mushrooms.
