So many ((hugs)) Emma, I can hear the exasperation in your posts and it breaks my heart.
It's not fair that you are being given the run around when all you want is what's best for your precious baby girl.
No worries about getting off topic hon, but if you think you'd just like somewhere to vent and some hugs, I would be happy to move this where needed, maybe the couch.
