Hi and welcome to BW forums

where do go for help to try and implement it to your situation?
Right here!
As pp has said we'd love to help you

We have all come here looking for help in the past and have liked the place so much we've stuck around to pass on help and support to others.
I'm sure you'll find the forums helpful in supporting you with your individual needs. As you know from the books EASY is about responding to baby's cues and creating a flexible but predictable routine which suits the individual baby and needs of the family, rather than a strict schedule to adhere to. The sample routines in the books are for guidance.
We can certainly help you with establishing an individual routine for your LO and to remove any props you are ready to tackle.
What is your main reason for using PU/PD just now? Is it to extend nap length? Remove nurse/rock to sleep prop? Or perhaps something else?
It would really help us to see the overall picture if you could post your EAS times exactly as they occur through a day, rather than the routine you hope for, and to make some brief notes about how LO settles to sleep, exactly when she wakes, what you do to try to resettle her, and her mood on waking and through the day. So for instance if you are aiming for a nap at 9am your EAS might look like:
WU & E 7.00
A
8.45 began PU/PD, not settling so in the end nursed to sleep
S 9.25 - 9.55 woke, rocked back to sleep
S 10.20 - 10.50 wouldn't resettle with PU/PD or rocking
E 11.00
and so on...
please also include the times of any night waking and night feeds so we can see a full 24hrs and get a good idea of what is going on.
I'm sure you can appreciate that the times and notes you provide are really all we have to work with when supporting you. Often we need to ask for further information so we can tailor advice to your specific circumstances and difficulties.
hope this helps
