We do give him 4pm solids. I will stop for a bit and see if it helps. Problem is he is SO much ether reflux wise when he has solids. If he doesn't and I feed near BT at all he guzzles then is sick, and refluxes all evening ::) so it's a double edged sword. Maybe I could just give him a few spoonfuls or pear though, to sit in his tummy, rather than a proper meal. He will eat and eat and eat ::)

I'm sure he is teething too. I guess I just keep plodding on.

Yeah it's difficult. Maybe pear would help then. Have you tried a thickened to help stop the spitting up?

Yeah :( thickeners gave him terrible gas and intestinal colic :o this was a while back but now reintroducing it I think he will just refuse it.

If you think EAS looks ok ill keep plodding and hopefully it starts to fall into place. thanks for helping me through this :-* going to get some peas too :D

We have had 3 great days and nights, then as what seems to be his thing T does a looonnnggg NW. We're talking 2-3 hours with small sleep bursts in there too. He doesn't want yo be held but can not settle. Eventually we rock to deep sleep but by then no one has slept all night :o

I medicate, change him, put on the humidifier (in case of sore/dry throat), we do pressure/patting. Often he will just stare so we step away but 15 mins later he is fussing then crying again. Usually this happens after feeding but doesn't seem to be wind.

I think our routine is ok. 3-3hrs15 A 1.5-2 hr naps mostly. Some 1-1hr15. My gut says teeth or constipation. :-\ or..trying to crawling the cot ???

Any ideas? It's like a 3 day UT/OT loop but I just can't tell if it's routine related or he is just sensitive to pain at night.

Is he low sleep needs? Those A times see quite long, not sure he could be UT could he?
Is it developmental related to the crawling perhaps? Is he getting lots of practice time in the day?

I think Its developmental with crawling...these NW are horrendous. Last night was 2 hrs and he's virtually asleep but can't settle and keeps trying to crawl! He's OT for sure now. I've posted in NW to see what to do about it :-\

Ugh, we get like 4 days of normal before more rubbish
