Hi Laura, thank you
please pardon my mistakes in here im using my phone and its tough to see everything
. I don't like to let him cry it out either which is why BW has been such a blessing. He has been a fabulous sleeper, apart from the early waking for the past 9 months, until the past few weeks. When I say cry it out I don't mean leaving him to cry alone. I mean he's so crazy that PUPD can last forever with manic screaming even after he stops standing/sitting up that I have started to sit in the rocker or on occasion let him in bed with us. I hate to risk dh being tired on his long commute.
I thought in the beginning he might have been coming down with something but I don't think so now after such a long stretch. As for his routine:
5:30-6:30. Wake Up
7:15. Small breakfast
8:30. More substantial breakfast
10:30. Snack
12pm. Lunch
12:30-1pm. Nap
2:15-2:45. Wake
3:00. Snack
6pm. Dinner ( sometimes not a great eater)
6:45. Pjs, milk and popcorn (to make up for dinner)
7:05-7:30. Bed
He wod go into bed no problem with a sing and a cuddle and say goodnight. Now its much more difficult. I can get him lying down but will NOT let me leave.
I've tried to stick to the same routine but he won't nap at all no matter what I try. Today at 3pm on the way back from school with ds he fell asleep and I got him into his crib for just an hour.
10:30.
