Had a great night last night, in bed & sleep by 6:15 EW 5:30am got A back to sleep and had to wake him at 7:30am.  His nap today was 2hrs with a wake up time of 14:55, what time do you think b/time should be? Maybe 8 or earlier?

So sorry, been out all afternoon - what did you do in the end? I think I'd have said to still keep it early-ish.

So glad you had a good night! Brilliant :) Sounds like he's catching up.

thats ok :D the earliest we could get him to bed was 8:30, he slept til 2:45 and i tried 3 times to get him back to sleep. ended up taking him in beside us ::)

if he has a good sleep today he will be roughly due his bed about 8:15, do you think maybe 7 or 7:30 would be better for him? im not sure what A time to give him with being OT.

he hasnt been himself the last few days, im not sure wheather its his teeth or something else. he isnt  eatting and been really tired. its not like him at all.

Yeah, I still think you should keep trying for earlier - 7/7.30 latest I would do.

Sorry last night wasn't good :( Have you medicated at all? (Sorry if you've already told me that!)

not sure if A wasnt ready to go to sleep or his teeth were bothering him. got A into bed t 6:45, he never fell asleep til 7:35. thats 5 hrs 10 with a 1hr45min sleep, i wonder if thats early enough for him. im thinking he needs a slightly earlier nap time he is always such a sleepy head in the morning maybe 5hrs 15 to see if he would sleep just that bit longer at nap time.

A woke with a leaky nappy, he took ages to go back to sleep. so not sure how the night would have went if that hadnt happend. he seems in good mood this morning, will see how things go up until nap time he usually gets tired and crabbit about an hr b4.

Oh, that's a shame :(

You may want to try bringing the nap a bit earlier, see how he goes.

i managed to get A  down for his nap 10 mins early and we got 2hr 20 nap :D  i thoght going for his b/time at half 8 would have been ok, i got him ready b4 normal WD time took him upstairs to get his things. when we got downstair he got really upset and started pointing to the stairs in the end he was in 15 mins b4 his actual b/time. it still wasnt enough though he woke at 1:15, i wonder if 5hrs  would be enough to keep him waking?

Yes, I think 8.30 is too late a bedtime personally. I'd definitely bring that forward.

Great news on the nap though :) Aim for an earlier one again today.

went for an early b/time last night 4hrs 40, he was up 45 mins after that. i tried to settle him but he was having none of it. he woke this morning at half 5! dh had just got to his bed (he works night shift) A would not go back to sleep he was hyper. i really cant take it anymore he wont sleep in his cot now he wont sleep in beside us. how can things be this bad after 16 months, should it not get better?
