At the moment Oliver is eating well (of course!!) but I am struggling for desserts for him.
At the moment he has Ready Brek with 1oz Neocate (he actually tolerates the taste now!), sometimes a dry apricot to nibble on while I get it ready.
Lunch is soup (ie pureed veg) followed by pureed pear
Dinner is a "proper" meal pureed up (ie meat and veg) followed by a banana. I have given him custard with oat milk, and yesterday he managed baby rice with only Neocate, so I guess she is getting used to the taste.
He is also loving breadsticks and mini rice-cakes along with his meals.
I know milk is the main source of nutrition and he still takes plenty ... but I need other dessert ideas. He seems to get a burnt bottom with citrus fruits carrots, apples, butternut squash, soya, (Murray also did, and with kiwi and papaya, so want to avoid them just now). I am just stuck for inspiration! I don't think he is really ready for home-made cakes etc with no sugar in them.
