Xmas shopping today so unfortunately nap was in the car again, it ended up being at 6.05 A time because there was too much going on for him to sleep in the PC  :( :(. Sam always wakes up in bad form when his A time is that long. He napped 1.25 mins. I hope it doesn't have a knock on effect tonight.

BT PD 6.55, no tears, stayed by the door 5 mins then shut it and left. I knew he wasn't fully asleep yet so I was testing the water. He was quiet for a couple of mins then started to shout for me. I didn't reply as he wasn't upset but then he started to shout 'Chair' (as in sit in the chair with me Mammy) again which I took as a bad sign and WI/WO once then back outside the doot for 10 mins. He is doing well and although I wanted to test him tonight I don't want to push him incase it brings back the SA KWIM  ??? I've only been back outside the nursery 3 nights so I think for the sake of a little while longer it's worth taking my time.

Do you agree  ???

He was up at 6.30 Hon, so a 12.5 hour day. He woke at 1.55pm, I did wonder about UT but with 5 hour pm A time he shouldn't be and a 12.5 hour day is usually no problem either  :-\. I'm pretty sure if I had not moved from the door the first time he would have been asleep in 10 mins  ::)

Hmm this is where I struggle, knowing what I *should* do and knowing what will get them to sleep quickest, and I often opt for the latter ::)

Can you do a good nap tomo? x

I hear ya Charli  ;) Yes going to make sure he has a cot nap today, although he was awake at 5.45 so only a 10 hr 20 night. He has playgroup this morning and it would mean he could only have 45 mins there to have time to get home and unwind siiigh  :( that's a shame, not sure whether to go  ???

Morning Charli,

Oh the deliberating over having a life  ::) the fear of backfireing haunts us all  ::).

I think we're over it thank God! Sam is SS again  ;D all I am doing at the moment is leaving the door ajar and going downstairs, he has a bit shout for Mammy and then Daddy when Mammy doesn't come then he gives up. Sometimes I say 'Mammy's here Darling' but I hardly ever answer now. We've had 3 nights of sleeping through now. Last night was 7.50 to 6.20 so more of those and he'll be rid of the bags  :). Now we have a brand new issue of headbutting at playgroup  :o oh the joy, he must think I need a new project  ::).

It's been a long haul. Huge HUGS for the NW uugh yuk! They never get any easier.

Sam woke at 6.15..11 hour night and he's been whingy whiney and hard work all morning. I PD for his nap at 4.75 A time with a hope of him settling by 5 hours and he kicked off big time for 15 mins, screaming, shouting, throwing, banging..I did WI/WO with little stopping of commotion inbetween, I AM NOT  going back in. He had meds for his cutting tooth so WTH  ???

I AM SO OVER THIS! JUST LIE DOWN AND GO TO SLEEP CHILD!
