Hi, I'm currently in the process of re-establishing my easy. We got sick and kinda lost it a couple weeks ago. My lo is just over 3 months and we are on a 3h EASY though rarely get the perfect day. If we do, it is because I have extended at least one or two naps. The issue is with me finding the window for the good nap, as her tired signs are very hard to read!
Our feeds are at 7, 10, 1, 4 and 7 though sometimes it ends up being more like 7, 10:15, 1:30, 4:30-45 (depending on pick-up of my older daughter) and 7. We are doing a df just before 11 of about 4oz of expressed breast milk. We have on night waking at around 3am. I know she is extremely young still but I'm a little concerned that she is reverting backwards. A month ago she was waking later in the night between 4:30 and 5:30 on good nights. She even slept through a couple times. Since the cold I can't get the later wake-up times back. She fluctuates anywhere between 3:05 and 3:20 on most nights... She is drinking a full feed though I work to keep her awake and when she wakes around 7 she is not all that hungry! Should I be concerned about this waking become a bad habit? I really don't want to revert back to two nf.... She even woke at 2:50 on Saturday night. I extended the time with shh pats but it took almost 1h and she only stayed asleep another 30 minutes. I have tried increasing her intake during the day by offering both sides twice. She usually accepts to stay on longer for two feeds and often gets a second let down, however, for the 4pm feed she is happy with only one on each side. Any suggestions? Is it still too early to be concerned and should I just let things settle?
