sorry, I know you don't want to hear this but I do think the co-sleeping has become a prop now.

I agree Hon, and I really feel for you, the MOTN is so hard, but like I said before when you make a start on putting things right you can instantly feel better.

Yes I agree its a prop and really.want to sleep train but am concerned cos of the teething. Not sure i c an fix the co-sleeping without fixing independent sleep...?  She just won't be APed to sleep in the cot in the motn ??? Or should I keep her in her cot at all costs and no matter how long it takes?

Thanks for your patience everyone! Becky you must be fed up of hearing me complain! ;)

Aah Honey this is the sad reality of prop breaking, and exactly what it takes. But like I said before at least you will be making a positive move. Remember a lot of LO's go through teething without co-sleeping so as long as you're there for her she'll be okay  ;)

Sleep vibes to DD1 to be oblivious.

I agree.
Teething or not you are not leaving her so she will be fine :)
Try to choose a night when you know you have the determination (or ability for a lie-in) the next day ;)

Well its not too hot tonight so they're both in their own rooms. Fingers crossed! She's already woken up once!

Thanks! Well last night I managed to keep her in her cot in her room. It involved me sleeping on a matress on the floor with my hand between the cot bars but at least I feel like I'm doing something!
