Hi, sorry you haven't had any replies here yet. I don't have any personal experience with a paci - does she need it to fall asleep? Or at night? At this stage, if you're just replugging once each nap time and it's otherwise not an issue, I don't think I'd worry about it unless you want to get rid of it anyway. Most LOs have trouble transitioning from one sleep cycle to the next at this age and 45 min naps are really common so it sounds like the paci is a good way to help her extend!
2hr A time might be a bit much - the average for 4 months is around 1hr45 to 2hrs. Maybe stick with 1hr45/50 for the first nap for 3-4 days, and see how she goes? If you get a 45 min nap, I would shorten the next A a little, perhaps by 15 mins. Not too much though, or the next nap might be UT
I'd shorten a bit more if it's a 30 min OT nap and you can't extend.
