today I did not as we had to go out to swimming so it worked in our favour really. I do try every time to re settle but she just lies there sucking her fingers and after a while talks to me no matter how upset she was on waking. How do you re-settle?
Well we had a busy afternoon swimming and then out with friends so did not get her down till 6.45pm but she went fine so that's good.

Fingers crossed for a good night.

When we resettle we just go in and lie him down and tell him to go back to sleep - it never worked before but it does seem to work now.

Was awake for about 2 hours 3-5am.

Screams teeth or developmental matey xx Not that that helps at 4am when you have been up for an hour anyway  ::)

So a 12.5 hour day with an hour plus nap, doesn't sound too bad! Tend to agree something else is going on too x

exactly what I thought.....

and seriously she is SO loud now when she wakes in the am, I can't just leave her to it or the whole house will be up and I know she is older but it does feel like CIO if I leave her so obviously don't want to but also don't want to get her up each morning. Uggh.

it just gets worse. Awake at 12am so I gave meds and she settled after about 45 mins. The  awake again screaming at 4.30am. DH tried to settle her for about 30 mins but she would not settle and was crying...and coughing. Seriously going to lose it. She has been cough free for 5 days and now coughing again.

But what is going on here??? What do you think? It can't just be OT and surely meds would last longer than 4.5 hours if it was teeth?
Totally at a loss.
