Aargh I'm getting so frustrated! We now seem to keep having ridiculous cot parties that last 2-2.5 hours every other night, usually starting around 2 or 3am.
I can't decide if this is because he is UT or OT. I'm really trying to push out his A times but he keeps getting OT and short napping and then we just have a nightmare day followed by poor night sleep again. I'm really tired and it is making me grumpy with LO and DH
I *think* he is UT for his naps and then getting OT as the day goes on and so BT is getting to be difficult with lots of OT screaming the last 2 nights. Then the cot parties are from accumulated UT from during the day, but then he is waking in the morning OT already....how do I break the loop?

BT 7.25pm OT screaming, had been trying to put to bed from 6.55pm
NW 9.40pm quick resettle

WU 7.25am - I had to wake him
E 7.30am milk 8.30am solids and rest of milk

S 10.15am-11.45am 1hr 30 self settled and I woke him up from the nap for next feed
E 11.50am milk 1pm solids

S 3.15pm-3.45pm 30mins. OH put him down at 2.45pm and took 30mins then eventually self settled but was OT by then
E 3.55pm milk 5.25pm solids 6.20pm milk
A BT routine
BT 7.05pm after 10 mins OT screaming
NW 7.25pm crying, PUPD for 15 mins
NW 2am gave 4oz straight away as not had much milk on Saturday. Wouldn't settle even with white noise, happily chatting and rolling with attention crying every 30mins or so. Self settled at 4.15am
NW 5.50am cried out but I think self settled back to sleep
Sunday (today)
WU 7.45am
E 8am milk 9am solids

S 9.50am-10.10am 20mins self settled after 1 PUPD. OT... banged head on side of cot which woke him and wouldn't resettle
E 11.30am milk

S 12.15pm-12.30pm very OT, did PUPD to settle. Woke crying and OT.
OH has currently taken him out in the pram to try and get him to sleep again....
