7 month Night Wakings
« on: March 26, 2015, 20:06:05 pm »
For the last 3 weeks we been dropping the cat nap and going down to 2 naps. It's been a tough transition for all of us. We've now extended her awake times to around 3 hours. Naps are now back to normal (1.5 - 2hours) and she goes to sleep immediately when we put her down but She is still waking a couple times in the early morning between 5-6am. This morning when she woke at 5:20am and she in and out of sleep till 7am. Often she will just lay there teird but not go to sleep.

Yesterday this was our easy:
7:00 wake, 7:15 nurse
8 solids
10:15 nap
12:15 wake, nurse
1 solids
3:00nap
4:30wake, nurse
6 solids
7:30 nurse, bed
10:30 dream feed

Any suggestions on where to go from here?

It's quite normal to have a 13 hour day on 2 long naps, do u think she maybe UT at bedtime?
Do u have to go to her or is she just awake and fidgeting about?x
