how to incorporate healthy fat into DS's diet - allergic to fish and nuts/peanut

So I'm struggling w/ how to add healthy fats to my DS's diet since he can't have fish, peanuts or tree nuts. I do cook w/ healthy oils, and sometimes I can get DS to eat avocado on sandwiches, but I'd love other suggestions/ideas on what I could feed him. . .
TIA!

My first thought was avocado. My next thought is yogurt. Get a full fat (2%) yogurt which my DS loves. I think even if you get the children's greek ones the fat content is higher.

Chia seeds? you can make up thing like chia puddings and such too. Other seeds like sunflower are good. Are almonds tree nuts? They are also a good source and you can use almond meal in things...

Does he react to coconut? It's not considered a "tree nut" the way things like almonds and walnuts and pecans are, and coconut oil is AWESOME!
Also, animal fats: lard, tallow, chicken fat. Dark meat chicken and bacon FTW!

"tree nut" the way things like almonds
oops- ok, so no almond meal then...
Butter (as in actual butter) melted into things is another option.

Well, technically almonds are "drupes," not true nuts, but can be allergens all the same. (They're the only nuts I *am* allergic to!)

eggs or enriched eggs (hens are fed with flaxseed or other high fat leading to higher omega-3 in the eggs)
edamame - soybeans
olive oil

This sort of thing could be useful - they do a mix with chia seeds and flax and pumpkin I think.

You could bake it into things or just sprinkle on yoghurt, into a smoothie etc.
Mayonnaise could be an easy one too.
