DD2 is 5.5 months and she's a sleepyhead! She loves her sleep. She does at least 13h nights (with 2-3 NF's so really between 11 and 12h of sleep), and if I let her she naps for 3h.
I've been following EAES pattern all day long but her Wake up times are erratic and I think it's time for us to move to a more predictable Schedule. I'm just not sure how to approach it with a HSN baby. Should I aim for one super long nap and then a CN? Or Wake her after 1h30. With an 11h day and 2h45 of A time, it is even hard to squeeze in the 2 naps that she would like.
Here is Tuesday:
WU 7:30
E 7:50
E 9:50
S 10:50-12:45
E 12:45
E 3:00
S 3:30-4:20 (I woke her and she was then cranky until BT)
E 4:30
E 7:00
S 7:30
NF 10:40
NF 3:10
NF 6:40
and yesterday:
WU 9:00
E 10:00
S 11:20-12:20 (I did a stroller nap and woke up bc I knew otherwise I wouldn't be able to fit 2 naps)
E 1:15
S 2:30-4:00 (DS woke her up by being Noisy she would've slept longer and she was cranky until BT)
E 4:05
E 6:30
S 7
NF 10:05
NW 12:20-2:00
NF 4:45
WU 8:00
today so far:
E 8:05
E 10:20
S 10:45-? (it's not 1:05 and she is still sleeping).
So given she gets cranky on shorter naps, should I aim for a short AM nap and then long PM (as long as she'd like), or would she get used to 2 x 1.5h naps?
