I had to register a new user as I'm locked out of my old one!

I use crispysage as my user (I made crispysage2 to be able to post this...) But I would really like my profile back! The system says that my email is not associated with the user, but I have received mails in the past from the system, so I have the right address. The error occurred this way - I was asked to log in again (I usually have it on never log out) I got an error when I tried, so it said that an activation email had been sent. But I have resent the email a few times over the last 2 weeks with no result. So today I did a password reset and it says the email address is unknown. And if I try using the username for the password reset, it says that user hasn't been activated. (I have used it for about 3 yrs)

can we reactivate crispysage? Thanks!!!

Hmmmm.....when I search the members, there is no crispysage listed.

Hi there crispy   Your profile page says you were last active on your regular account a week ago.  It's odd how the members list doesn't have you on it, some glitch perhaps.

Ah ha....turns out the search function doesn't work when the account is flagged.  I've learned something new!   

I activated the account.  Let me know if you still can't get in and I can reset the password myself.
