Was only about 30 mins so Ill try for normal bed. I dont know whether shes fixated on the groclock lamp shes got  :o she loves to tell us the sun is awake but Im wondering if shes sitting waiting for it to come on  ???  Ive had a chat with her today and said that if the moon is on she must go back to sleep until I come in for her and it will be when the sun is awake??!! Who the heck knows eh? Brain melting. Shes happier for the sleep as shes munching on an apple in the car on our way home. Was a quick dash to Ikea x

Sounds like a good day in the end! We are having lots of issues with not wanting to eat at the table, not wanting whats offered etc. For us Ive found the best success is either little and often meals or having him sit with his plate empty and serving from bowls in the middle, takes the control battle away and then he is in charge as such of what he wants. Also hes into eating what Im having so I just put up 2 bowls of the meal one small and one adult size but I take the small one put the other to one side he then says wants to eat mine and so I give him my bowl 😉 really his.

Have a good relax tonight and try not to get anxious as it wont change how she sleeps but will just play on your mind.
Have a nice big deep bath...my idea of heaven x

Thanks hun. Ive found letting her help cook meals really helps. She is still finishing her antibiotics for a chest infection so that hasnt helped the eating situation.
Im doing well with my anxiety to be fair. Just so hard seeing her so tired all the time. I know I cant do anything to make her sleep longer in a morning. Its just a constant game of sleep catch up at the minute  :'(
