Lol.. I save the posters pic to my puter by clicking the link under the pic.. I resize it and resave it via "save as" popping the word avatar after the file name so I know which is which.. then I attach the resized pic into a post just  like you have.. so the poster can click the name under the pic... save it to their puter and use it as their avatar.

Hi there!  I am having problems posting my picture.  I have tried to resize it, and was able to take my old pict off, but it won't allow me to put a new one in.   Thanks so much!

i tried to change mine too, but i couldn't, i resized it and all and still nothing... can anyone help me... bobobboooo... :'(
