Yeah, he breastfeeds before his naps/to sleep at the moment, which is something we're trying to stop. But it happens, so I wrote it down.
He get's 4 meals as it was suggested by the HV to give him a supper before bed since he's been feeding so much at night, to try and help to fill him up during the daytime. He doesn't always eat this, but he has the chance if he's still hungry.
The morning snack is usually something simple like a cracker or rice cake, and the afternoon snack would be something a bit more than that. Some fruit and raisens for example.
