Noooo!  Sorry.  I swear I am going to become the bubble boy like on Seinfeld.  Going to make a bubble and live in it.  Keep germs out!

Yeah the vampire sucked my blood already but GP is on vacation till 10 May.  Not sure if i can get results from the sub GP.  Anyhow, I'll check with him/her to see if I can get an appointment or that he/she might just say, stay home, drink and rest!  :(

update:  last night a bit of very vicious coughing at the same old times, like 10pm, 3:30pm and 5:10.  Those must be the light sleep or transition times, right?  But with 2 waaa waaaa and really bad coughing at 5:10, DS just went back to sleep (I didn't :'()  So I guess we are good now.

Wake up at 6:32 this morning.  Can't complain.  Thanks ladies.  I'll just leave it for now for a week to see if the night sleep extends a bit.  DS just acted very strangely this morning crying as if he's tired... and wanting to nap and I'm afraid of 2x1h naps again like on Monday.  So I tried my best to extend nap time till 11:45.  (He wanted to sleep from 10:30!!)  See what happens...

You get to this point with one nap - you just can't go back to 2 naps very easily.  Glad things are looking up.  Keep us posted.

DS slept 1h45 and woke up crying and unsettled.  So DH brought him to bed and he laid quietly on his chest for 15 more mins and then he was awake!! HAHA  then a bit whiny and smiling... we were just confused LOL... it turned out that the last molar cut through during this nap!!!  hopefully there won't be too much drama tonight.  He didn't eat as much today overall but he ate a lot of cheese!

I'm knackered!!  SIL decided to come visit and DH just wouldn't refuse even though he has deadlines for this fri and i'm so sick.  I get mad at him for this kind of stuff.  SIL ended up staying till dinner!!!   I had to come up with something suddenly. arghhhh my back is killing me now...  my fever is back :'(   I have to stop feeling sorry for myself :(

Liz and Laura, thank you both.  I'm still off sick today.   Just don't know why I keep getting throat inflammation.  :(

And my sick brain wasn't functioning properly and I did what you all advised against :(  I did w2s at 5:38.  The reason is that DS was crying again at 5:08 and I went to him thinking that I had to do WI/WO but (coz I can't see a thing in his room), I touched his head lightly, he was in deep sleep!

As I laid back in my bed and I couldn't sleep.  I thought, this is all just habits that he's waking up at 6:30 and he's waking up not happy and very tired the whole morning.  It actually wasn't so bad and he would lay back down when I WI.  Within 20 mins he was quiet until my stinking cough started and I couldn't stop and he was woken up by me I think.  (Or maybe he wasn't falling asleep.)  Tried APOP, he kept screaming and signing for milk.  Gave in and gave him milk at 6:15.  He played around in our bed a bit and then 7:10, he laid down and fell asleep until 8:35 because DH was getting up.

This time he woke up very happy and ate his breakfast well and happy.

How can I break this screaming habit at 5:08??  His last molar just cut through yesterday at his nap!!  Perhaps that's why he's acting so tired the whole day?

I'd give it a day or 2 to settle down and if it does then it's teeth.  If not we'll get our thinking caps on again.

Sorry you're still feeling poorly though. :-*

oh dear and i'm back! :(  After one day of diarrhea, DS is back on EW.  (Luckily no NWs)  He would be waking anytime between 5:45-6:10 and does his hungry cry, down his bottle.  He is quite happy but very tired in the morning.  Today he fell asleep after 4h A for a whole hour in the pram which showed that he was very tired.  We couldn't give him another nap because we're out the whole afternoon.

I tried W2S at 4:30 last night.  He was so deep asleep that it took me a very long time to stir him.  I'm not even sure if i did it properly.  Teeth seem to be coming.  Lots of dripping drool but no crying.

What should I try next??   TIA

Oh dear, it sounds like he is still poorly, no?

What time is he going to bed and what time is he typically napping? What teeth has he got so far?  If he's got canines coming they really are a PITA!

Oh been meaning to say I LOVE your pic BTW. Your LO is so gorgeous.
